KKW X Mario Mini Review + Arm Swatches

KKW Beauty recently collaborated with her MUA Mario to create an eyeshadow palette and today I am going to be talking about it, showing you some looks and arm swatching!

KKW X Mario Eyeshadow Palette Description/Mini Review

The KKW X Mario Palette is a 10-pan pressed powder eyeshadow palette that contains eyeshadows in matte and shimmery finishes. Each shade contains 1.70 grams (0.06 ounces) of product, giving the palette a total of 17 grams (0.6 ounces) of product. It is made in the USA and has a shelf life of 12 months.


The formula is really, really good. The matte shades are pigmented, creamy and work so good on the eyes. They blend out perfectly and build really well. The shimmery shades apply to the eyes extremely bright, are not messy and are just a dream to work with.

The colour selection in this palette is absolutely amazing in my opinion. There are enough matte eyeshadows in the palette, and all of them work extremely well with all of the shimmery shades.


Even though there are only 4 matte shades, they are all you need because they are not all warm toned or cool toned, and are instead a mix of cool and warm shades. For example, there is a matte ivory shade that is perfect for setting the eye, a warm toned light transition shade which is perfect in the crease, a cool toned dark brown shade which is amazing in the outer V and crease area to add definition, and a warm toned dark red brown shade, which can also be used for adding definition.


As I said, all of these mattes work perfectly with the shimmery shades. In regards to the colour selection of the shimmers, I also think it is absolutely amazing and there is a lot of variety. You can create neutral, soft and bold gold looks as well as bright colourful looks. This means that you can get so many different looks out of the one palette, so will work well as a go-to palette and means you are getting your money’s worth.


All in all, I absolutely LOVE this KKW X Mario Eyeshadow Palette. I think every shade in the palette is absolutely beautiful and works perfectly, on the eyes and you can create so many different looks with it. I would deffo recommend it!
