Kylie Cosmetics Velvet Liquid Lipstick Description/Review

The Kylie Cosmetics Velvet Liquid Lipsticks are semi-matte creamy liquid lipstick’s that come in multiple shades. Each lipstick contains 3.00 grams (0.11 ounces) of product, has a shelf life of 12 months and are made in the USA.

The formula is, as I said above, creamy and not fully matte. Although I do feel like it does dry down a bit, it isn’t transfer proof. I find this formula extremely comfortable to wear, and feels way more nice on the lips than the Matte Liquid Lipsticks. I don’t find them too messy, although as I said, they don’t dry down fully. They are fully pigmented, are not streaky and are fully opaque. Just like the Matte liquid lipsticks, the velvets have a nice doe-foot applicator that applies the product across the lips smoothly and perfectly. All in all, I really like the Kylie Velvet Liquid Lipstick formula.
