MAC Cosmetics released a limited edition holiday collection called the ‘Nutcracker Sweet’ Collection which finally just dropped in Australia after being released in the USA a few weeks ago.The Nutcracker Sweet Collection contains sooo many items.

Today, I am going to be talking about the Nutcracker Sweet Lipstick in Flamboyish, Nutcracker Sweet Magic Dust in Sweet Vision and the Nutcracker Sweet Face Compact in Peach Face. I will go over each and describe them along with providing swatches.

Nutcracker Sweet Magic Dust Powder in Sweet Vision

The MAC Nutcracker Sweet Magic Dust Powder Compact in Sweet Vision is a coral peach shade with gold reflects. The compact comes with 8.5 grams (0.29 US ounces) of product and is made in the USA. The formula is nice and glides on easily.

The Magic Dust Powder Compact in Sweet Vision costs $51.00 AUD ($28.00 USD) per compact.

Nutcracker Sweet Face Compact in Peach Face

The MAC Nutcracker Sweet Face Compact in Peach Face comes with two shades- an Extra Dimension Skinfinish Highlighter called ‘Tutu’, and an Extra Dimension Blush called ‘At Dusk’. Each shade contains 4.5 grams (0.16 ounces) of product and are made in Italy.

The MAC Nutcracker Sweet Face Compact costs $99.00 AUD ($35.00 USD) each. I was very very annoyed at the Australian price of this compact which is largely inflated but anyway, it was pretty! If you really like the palette and/or are a makeup collector, etc, this is up your ally but if you don’t really want to spend $99 AUD on two products, I would recommend finding a cheaper highlighter palette because the price is a bit crazy.

Nutcracker Sweet Lipstick in Flamboyant

The MAC Nutcracker Sweet Lipstick in Flamboyant is a Matte Hot Pink shade. The lipstick contains 3 grams (0.1 ounces) of product and is made in Canada. The formula is just like any other MAC Matte lipstick (which is good) and I really like the shade (this shade is not a permanent MAC shade and is limited edition).

The Nutcracker Sweet Lipsticks cost $40.00 AUD ($18.00 USD) each.
