ColourPop Ultra Satin Liquid Lipstick Description/Review

The ColourPop Ultra Satin Liquid Lipsticks are creamy type matte liquid lipsticks that come in multiple shades. Each shade contains 3.2 grams (0.11 ounces) of product, has a shelf life of 12 months and is made in LA.
The formula is a creamy matte that doesn’t dry down fully, but does dry down. It isn’t fully transfer proof but it’s not messy either. I find that different shades dry down more than others (the lighter shades dry down more than the darker shades) and some shades end up feeling slightly dry on the lips, but they are comfortable to wear and WAY MORE moisturising than the ColourPop Ultra Mattes.
All in all, I absolutely love the formula of the Ultra Satin’s and I wear them quite often. They come in SO MANY beautiful shades and there is certainly a shade for everyone’s taste.

Applicator Quality
The applicator/wand in the ColourPop Ultra Satin’s is a long doe-foot applicator that has a domed top. They are exactly like the doe-foot applicators in the Ultra Mattes, and they apply product perfectly to the lips. You certainly do not need a lip liner before you apply these because the applicator tip can line the lips so precisely, which is a MUST for me with any lip product with an applicator. I love these applicators and they work really well with the formula.
